• Report from the Supervisory Board in 2021.
• Audited financial statements in 2021.
• Plan for 2021 profit distribution.
• Plan for 2022 dividend payment.
• The selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
  • Remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022.
