According to the Board resolution dated November 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of SmartInvest Securities JSC (SMARTSC) approved to buy the bonds issued by WinCommerce General Commercial Services JSC, as follows:

-          Issuer: WinCommerce General Commercial Services JSC

-          Maximum buying value: VND80 billion

-          Maximum buying volume: 80,000 bonds

-          Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-          Bond type: private placement.
