The Board resolution dated November 30, 2021, the BOD approved the signing of loan contract between Quang Binh Import And Export Joint Stock Company and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh – Deputy Chief Executive Officer (lender) with total amount of VND18,887,000,000, the loan interest of 0%/year within 12 months.
