PTC: Board resolution 01 Dec 2021

According to the Board Resolution dated December 01, 2021, the Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction JSC approved the following issues:

1)      To mortgage the assets and contributed capital at Huong Linh 7 Wind Power Joint Stock Company to Ha Tay Branch of BIDV in order to guarantee the loan of Huong Linh 7 Wind Power Joint Stock Company to carry out Huong Linh 7 Wind Power Plant Project.

2)      To mortgage the contributed capital at Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company to Ha Tay Branch of BIDV in order to guarantee the loan of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company to carry out Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Plant Project.
