PPC: Decision on tax penalties

Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company received the decision dated December 23, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Hai Duong Province regarding the administrative penalties for tax as follows:

-        Fine for false declaration but not leading to a lack of tax: 6,500,000 dongs;

-        Fine for false declaration and leading to a lack of tax: 8,275,672,713 dongs;

-        Late payment interest: 7,440,744,830 dongs;

-        Total payable amount: 15,722,917,542 dongs.
