PGI: Resolution on the EGM in 2021 On December 03, 2021, the BOD of Petrolimex Insurance Corporation announces the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 to approve the issuance of bonus shares to raise its charter capital and the adjustment of planning to pay dividend for 2021 with the following details:
1) Approving the plan for the issuance of bonus shares to raise its charter capital:
- Stock name: Petrolimex Insurance Corporation
- Stock code: PGI
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Stock type: common share
- Exercise ratio: 100:25 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 25 new shares)
- Issuance volume: 22,179,443 shares
- Total value of issuance: VND221,794,430,000
- Plan for using capital after the issuance: to supplement charter capital, strengthen the financial capacity of PJICO.
- Transfer restriction: none
- Time of implementation: Quarter 4/2021 and Quarter 1/2022
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
2) Approving the cash dividend payment for 2021 with the exercise ratio of 5%.
