NBB: Completing the distribution of treasury shares

On 12/24/2021, 577 Investment Corporation received a document dated 12/22/2021 from Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – HCMC Branch about the distribution of treasury shares to reward NBB’s existing shareholders. Accordingly, VSD distributed 21,909,879 treasury shares of NBB to shareholders. The effective date of transfer is 12/27/2021.
