LPB: The share transfer of major shareholder VNPost approved

On December 10, 2021, the State Bank of Vietnam approved the proposal on the share transfer by a major shareholder at Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HOSE: LPB). Accordingly, Vietnam Post Corporation (“VNPost”) was allowed to transfer 122,175,343 shares at Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank.
