-          Ex-right date: December 24, 2021

-          Record date: December 27, 2021

1. Purpose:

To pay stock dividend for 2020;

2. Detailed contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 20:1

The one who owns 20 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share

-       Estimated issue volume: 2,898,446 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
