On December 27, the Board of Directors of Kosy Joint Stock Company approved to purchase the shares at Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Kosy Joint Stock Company expected to buy 12,295,800 shares, or 19.8%/charter capital of Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Joint Stock Company.
