On December 21, 2021, Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the BOD as follows:

1)    The BOD approved estimated business results in 2021:

Revenue: VND1,899,922 million

Profit after tax: VND389,000 million

2)    The BOD approved business plan for 2022:

Revenue: VND2,387,973 million

Profit after tax: VND550 million

3)    The BOD approved investment plan for 2022.
