GSP: Approved the result of public offering of shares The Board resolution dated December 03, 2021, the BOD of International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving the result of share public offering to existing shareholders from 08/31/2021 to 11/25/2021:
- Offering volume: 20,000,000 shares
- Registered and paid: 19,799,445 shares
- Unsold shares and fractional shares: 200,555 shares
- Number of shares successfully offered: 10,000,000 shares
- Total proceeds from the offering: VND197,994,450,000.
2) Approving the handle of unsold shares and fractional shares:
- To cancel the remaining undistributed shares of 200,555 shares.
3) Approving the amendment, update of the company’s charter with new charter capital of VND557,994,450,000, equivalent to 55,799,445 shares.
