FNS: Board resolution on agreements with related persons

On December 24, the BoD of Funan Securities Corporation (FNS) approved the loan between the Company and Merit Group Australia Pty Ltd, a company related to Board Member Xu Chun. Accordingly, Merit Group Australia Pty Ltd will lend AUD 2,000,000 to FNS.

-          Interest rate: 6%/year
