The Board resolution dated December 13, 2021, the BOD of Dat Xanh Real Estate Services JSC approved to contribute capital for establishing a subsidiary. Details are as follows:

-          Company name: ASE Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company

-          Charter capital: VND6,000,000,000 (DXS contributed VND3,600,000,000, accounting for 60% of charter capital of ASE Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
