The Board resolution dated December 14, 2021, the BOD of CMC Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from December 15, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr.Tran Duc Huy, Deputy Chairman of BOD as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from December 15, 2021.
