CMG: Establishing a subsidiary

On December 15, 2021, CMC Corporation issued a decision to approve the capital contribution to establish a subsidiary with details as follows:

-          Company name: CMC Education Company Limited

-          Charter capital: VND250,000,000,000 (CMG contributed 100% of charter capital in CMC Education Company Limited)

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh as Representative of contributed capital of CMG in CMC Education Company Limited.
