CAV: Resolution on the EGM

On November 30, 2021, Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation announces the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vinh and Mr. Nguyen Tran Dang  as members of the BOD in the term 2017 - 2022.

2)      Approving the election result of the BODs in the term 2017 – 2022:

3)      Mr. Dang Phan Tuong – member

4)      Mr. Do Duy Hung – member.

5)      Approving to change business line: industrial code: 6810.

6)      Amending the Articles of Association.
