VPI: Record date for 2020 stock dividend payment On November 02, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1894/TB-SGDHCM dated November 02, 2021 about the record date of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: November 11, 2021
- Record date: November 12, 2021
- Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2020.
- Exercise ratio: 10:1 (shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share.)
- Expected issuance volume: 19,999,990 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 101 shares. With 10:1 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 101 *1/10 =10.1 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 10 new shares and fractional shares of 0.1 will be cancelled.
