VCSC: Early redemption of the bonds in the 6th private placement

On November 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved the early redemption of the bonds in the 6^th private placement in 2021 as follows:

-          Trading method: direct negotiation

-          Estimated redemption volume: 460 bonds

-          Par value: VND100,000,000

-          Estimated redemption value at par value: VND46,000,000,000.

-          Estimated trading date: December 17, 2021, and after 10 days from the signing date of this resolution.
