TYA: Board resolution dated November 04, 2021

According to the Board resolution dated November 04, 2021, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      To promulgate the internal audit regulations of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company.

2)      To establish an audit subcommittee.
