TNA: Record date for stock dividend payment & stock issuance On November 08 2021, Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation announces the record date as follows:
- Record date: November 22, 2021
1) Reason & Purpose:
- To pay stock dividend for 2020;
- To issue shares for increasing capital from the owner’s equity.
2) Content:
a) To pay stock dividend for 2020:
- Exercise ratio: 10:01 (shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
