-          Content:

• To approve the resignation of members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, and the election of replacement members to the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors.
• To approve the removal of some business lines in the Company’s function.
• To allow Nam La Hydropower Joint Stock Company to own more than 25% equity without public tender offer.
• Other issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting of shareholders.
