SHA: Notice of the record date for the 2020 dividend payment

Son Ha Sai Gon Joint Stock Company announces the record date for the 2020 dividend payment:

-          Record date:                                December 08, 2021

-       Exercise ratio: 5%

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 05 new shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be distributed to other investors.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Son Ha Sai Gon Joint Stock Company.
