Sai Gon Ground Services Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated November 11, 2021 as follows:

            The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders resolved to authorize the Board of Directors to adopt agreements, transactions with the shareholders of VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company with the value more than 35% of total assets of Sai Gon Ground Services Joint Stock Company in the latest financial statements.
