The Board resolution dated November 10, 2021, the BOD of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company approved to establish the Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors, including the following members:

1)      Mrs. Tran Lam Minh Quyen:              Head of Internal Audit

2)      Mrs. Danh Thi Quynh Trang:              member of Internal Audit

3)      Mrs. Pham Nguyen Thu Thuy:            member of Internal Audit.
