According to the Board resolution dated October 27, 2021, the Board of Directors of KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation (KIS) approved a loan agreement with Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., as follows:

-          Loan amount: US$30 million;

-          Borrowing date: in November 2021;

-          Maturity date: in November 2022;

-          Loan term: 01 year;

-          Estimated interest rate: 4.xx%/year;

-          Collateral: not required by the lender.
