KHG: Update information on the plan for private placement

On October 09, 2021, the Board of Directors issued Board Resolution No.34 regarding the implementation of the private placement of shares. Accordingly, Appendix 1 attached to the resolution did not clearly show the content of the offering object being local investors. Therefore, Khai Hoan Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company would like to correct and confirm that the offering object would be local investors.
