HHP: Board resolution on investors in the private placement of shares

According to the Board resolution dated November 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hai Phong Hoang Ha Paper Joint Stock Company decided to re-distribute 700,000 remaining shares in the 2021 private placement to other professional investors. Therefore, the list of investors in the 2021 private placement will increase from 09 investors to 11 investors, with the bidding volume of 10,000,000 shares.
