GEX: Board resolution on the capital contribution in GELEX Infrastructure JSC

According to the Board resolution dated August 02, 2021, the Board of Directors of GELEX Group JSC approved the plan for the capital contribution in GELEX Infrastructure JSC by buying additional shares of GELEX Infrastructure JSC in order to transfer all of VGC shares owned by GELEX Group JSC at Viglacera Corporation – JSC (hereinafter “VGC”) to GELEX Infrastructure JSC.
