CRC: Approved the distribution of unsold shares

The Board resolution dated November 01, 2021, the BOD of Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited approved to distribute the unsold shares with details as follows:

1)      Approving the result of stock offering to existing shareholders:

-          Registered offering volume: 15,000,000 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Time for subscription and payment: from October 05, 2021 to October 25, 2021

-          Distributed volume: 11,217,011 shares

-          Unsold shares: 3,782,989 shares.

2)      Approving to continue to distribute the unsold shares:

-          Stock volume: 3,782,989 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Payment time: November 01, 2021

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering
