-          Approving the reappointment of Mrs. Duong Lieu Mai Khanh as Chief Accountant in 05 years as from December 01, 2021 to November 30, 2026.

-          Approving the reappointment of Mr. Le Quang Dinh as CEO in 05 years as from December 01, 2021 to November 30, 2026.
