According to the Board resolution dated November 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of Damsan Joint Stock Company approved the implementation of private placement in 2021 and the list of investors with the estimated issue volume of 100,000 bonds and the total issue value (at par value) of VND100,000,000,000.
