VIX: Approved the distribution of unsold shares The Board resolution dated October 21, 2021, the Board of Directors of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company approved the distribution of unsold shares in the public offering as follows:
1) Approving the result of stock offering to existing shareholders:
- Offering volume: 127,718,975 shares
- Distributed volume: 126,203,199 shares
- Total proceeds: VND1,262,031,990,000.
2) Approving the distribution of unsold shares in the stock offering to existing shareholders:
- Stock volume: 1,515,776 shares
- Selling price: VND10,000/share
- Payment time: from the effective date of this resolution to October 25, 2021
- These share will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering
