VISecurities: Stock issuance to raise charter capital

On September 30, 2021, Vietnam International Securiites Joint Stock Company announces the stock issuance to raise its charter capital from VND150 billion to VND300 billion with details as follows:

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs

-          Issuance volume: 15,000,000 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND150 billion

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).

-          Issuance price: VND10,000/share

-          Time for subscription and payment: from October 08, 2021 to October 28, 2021.
