-          Approving to terminate of Head office lease contract of Vietnam Industrial & Commercial Securities Corporation until December 31, 2021 at Villa No 3, 2Bis Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, Da Kao ward, district 1, HCM city.

-          Authorizing Mr. Nguyen Xuan Bieu – Chairman of the BOD to decide the new head office address.
