Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company announces the record date for the 2020 dividend payment:

-          Record date: October 12, 2021

1. Purpose:

To pay stock dividend for 2020;

2. Detailed contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 7.4%

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 7.4 new shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
