TEG: BOD resolution on transferring shares

The Board resolution dated September 20, 2021, the BOD of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to transfer shares in Truong Thanh Dai Phat Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Estimated transfer volume: 400,000 shares, equivalent to 20% of charter capital of Truong Thanh Dai Phat Joint Stock Company

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Estimated transfer price: no less than VND10,000/share

-          Transfer time: expected in Quarter III.2021.

After the transfer completes, Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company will no longer own shares of Truong Thanh Dai Phat Joint Stock Company.
