On October 05, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved agreements with the persons related to Techcombank, as follows:

-          Content: granting credit card limits to the following persons:

1)      Mr. Ho Hung Anh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcombank.

• Credit card limit: VND500 million
• Credit card term: 03 years
• Credit card type: Techcombank Visa Signature.

2)      Mr. Pham Quang Thang, Deputy CEO of Techcombank

• Credit card limit: VND500 million
• Credit card term: 03 years
• Credit card type: Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Signature.

3)      Ms. Tran Thuy Nguyen, wife of Deputy CEO Phan Thanh Son

• Credit card limit: VND200 million
• Credit card term: 03 years
• Credit card type: Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa.
