-          Number of shares issued: : 191,188,159 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 191,187,727 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 432 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): 382,375,450,000 dongs

-          Exercise ratio: 100:20 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 20 new shares)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
