KDH: Nam Phu completed the purchase of shares of Nguyen Thu

On October 05, 2021, Nam Phu Real Estate Development Company Limited (KDH owned 99% of charter capital of Nam Phu) has completed the purchase of shares from major shareholders of Nguyen Thu Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (charter capital: VND400 billion with the ratio of 99.9%). Accordingly, Nguyen Thu became a subsidiary of Nam Phu.
