FDC: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated September 30, 2021, the BOD of Foreign Trade Development and Investment Corporation of Ho Chi Minh City approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the postponement of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting in September 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be expected in October 2021.

2)      Approving the selection of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company as the consulting service firm to organize the Annual General Meeting 2021 online.
