According to the Board resolution dated October 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Digiworld Corporation approved to cancel the employee stock ownership plan with the following details:

-          Number of rights: 500,000 share purchase rights, equivalent to 500,000 common shares

-          Exercise price: VND40,000.
