D2D: Board resolution on Land Leasing in Chau Duc Industrial Park

Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 announces the Board resolution dated October 19, 2021 as follows:

1)      The Board of Directors approved the regulations on information disclosure of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2.

2)      The Board of Directors approved to lease the land of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company, the company in the same Sonadezi Group and related to Board Members Le Trong Duc and Nguyen Van Luong. The land lease period will be from the date of signing of the land lease contract to October 2058.
