On October 26, 2021, members of the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company (except Mr. Tran Chien Cong, Member of the Board of Directors, cum Chairman of the Board of Directors of Biwase Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company) voted and unanimously approved the policy on signing construction contracts and transactions related to some works with Biwase Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company.
