On September 21, 2021, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (VCB) received Official Document No.1493 dated September 17, 2021 by the State Securities Commission regarding the appointment of Mr. Pham Quang Dung, Chairman of VCB for the term from 2018 to 2023, to be the representative for 40% State-owned stake.
