VCB: Approval for transferring shares at Vietnam Airlines

On September 14, 2021, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam issued Board Resolution No.483 approving the plan for transferring shares at Vietnam Airlines JSC (the company related to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Deputy CEO of VCB) and implement the rights to buy the shares of Vietnam Airlines JSC issued to existing shareholders.
