The BOD of Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved to personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Phan Ngoc Thao as CEO as from October 01, 2021.

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Cao Hoang Phat as CEO cum the Legal representative as from October 01, 2021.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2019 - 2024 as from October 01, 2021.

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Phan Ngoc Thao as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2019 - 2024 as from October 01, 2021.
