TGG: Board resolution on the investment in Long Xuyen Cultural House Project

On September 06, 2021, the Board of Directors of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company approved the investment cooperation in Long Xuyen Cultural House Project as follows:

-          Total investment: VND1,452,000,000,000. Of which, the value of winning land: VND224,340,000,000.

-          Estimated financial resrouces:

• Equity: VND250,000,000,000;
• Loans and others: VND1,202,000,000,000.

-          Investment forms: the cooperation among the following parties:

• Louis Capital Joint Stock Company (TGG): VND50 billion (20% of equity);
• An Giang Import - Export Company (AGM): VND50 billion (20% of equity);
• Louis Land Joint Stock Company (BII): VND150 billion (60% of equity).
