The Board resolution dated September 21, 2021, the BOD of Vu Dang Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing as follows:

-          Record date: October 05, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Time of implementation: expected in October 2021

-          Location: Dong Phong Industrial Cluster, Dong Quan Commune, Dong Hung District, Thai Binh Province.
