On August 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company approved the interest rate and late payment interest of the 2019 dividends for shareholder Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), as follows:

-          Late payment interest rate: 5%/year

-          Late payment interest from 01/01/2021 to 06/30/2021 (based on the dividend amount of 2019 slowly paid to EVNSPC: VND45,784,358,000): VND1,135,201,205.
